Job summary

DEME is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business, processes and digital innovation. You will translate business needs into sustainable HR-focused digital solutions and support organizational transformation initiatives.

You will analyze processes, define requirements, and collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions, while enabling data-driven decision-making and testing of new systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical/ process-driven role.
• HR-related projects or digital transformation experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to rapidly grasp new business domains and contexts.
• Strong analytical and process-structuring skills; able to simplify complex challenges.
• Clear, proactive communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and information flows to identify improvement opportunities.

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities.
• Define optimized processes and support selection of fitting digital solutions.

You will play a key role in translating business needs into sustainable digital solutions and supporting strategic HR-related and organizational transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, information flows, and organizational needs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business insights into clear use cases and solution requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities.
• Define new or optimized processes and support the design and selection of fitting digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with initiative managers, IT teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support decision-making through structured analysis, impact assessments, and well‑founded recommendations.
• Contribute to testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.

Your profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or process-driven role.
• Experience within HR-related projects or digital transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.
• The ability to quickly grasp new business domains and understand operational contexts.
• Strong analytical and process-structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
• Clear and active communication skills, with an ability to engage confidently with different types of stakeholders.
• A user-and service-oriented mindset, supported by critical thinking and a structured working approach.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine team spirit, especially in multidisciplinary and project-based environments.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in evolving or unfamiliar areas.
