Nexeo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Cards to join one of Belgium’s leading banking institutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams in a Cards & Payments environment, analysing needs and defining card-related solutions.

Responsibilities include evaluating change requests, documenting requirements, and supporting BAT, while collaborating with squads to align business and IT interfaces and ensure delivery meets expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working in a Cards environment.
• Strong understanding of card products, processes and related services.
• Knowledge of the Cards & Payments industry, particularly in Belgium.
• Ability to translate complex business topics to IT requirements.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and stakeholder management.

Nexeo is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Cards to join one of Belgium’s leading banking institutions.

You will join a Cards & Payments environment and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. You will be responsible for analysing business needs, assessing change requests and defining solutions and requirements related to card products and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse business issues and identify opportunities to improve card products and services.
• Analyse and evaluate change requests and assess their business and IT impact.
• Work closely with colleagues within the squad to identify and evaluate different solution options.
• Define and document business requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.
• Define the business scope, target operating model and business/IT interfaces.
• Follow up on the implementation of changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and support Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate complex business and technical topics clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of card products, processes and services.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working in a Cards environment.
• Strong understanding of card products, processes and related services.
• Good knowledge of the Cards & Payments industry, particularly within the Belgian market.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their relationship with IT.
• Strong experience in business requirements analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with IT teams and translating business needs into IT solutions.
