Nexeo is seeking a Junior Product Expert – Professional Loans to join Belgium’s banking sector. You will support development and optimization of professional loan products, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships or academic experience in banking or finance is a plus.
• Strong interest in banking products and professional lending.
• Good understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Work with Product Owners, architects and SMEs to understand strategies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the professional loans domain.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Define detailed product requirements, use cases and business needs.
• Collaborate to define performance indicators and objectives.
• Ensure requirements and use cases are understood by designers and developers.
• Support translation of requirements into test scenarios and results.
• Maintain requirements traceability and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality reviews of designs and BA deliverables.
• Coordinate and prioritize BA and technology delivery dependencies.
• Act as liaison between business and IT teams.

Nexeo is currently looking for a Junior Product Expert – Professional Loans to join one of Belgium’s leading banking institutions.

You will support the development and optimization of professional loan products, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, project teams and technology teams. The role is particularly suited to a recent graduate with a strong interest in banking, finance, business analysis and product development.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, architects and subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the professional loans domain.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Define detailed product requirements, use cases and business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects and technical teams to define performance indicators and objectives.
• Ensure requirements and use cases are clearly understood by designers and development teams.
• Support the translation of requirements into test scenarios, test conditions and expected results.
• Maintain requirements traceability to ensure impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes and other business analysis deliverables.
• Support requirements management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and prioritize dependencies between Business Analysis and technology delivery teams.
• Act as a key liaison between the business community and IT teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and business processes.

Your Profile

• Recently graduated or about to graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Degree preferably in:
• Economics
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Commercial Sciences
• Law
• Business/Management
• or a related field.
• No prior professional experience is required; internships or academic experience in banking, finance or business analysis are a plus.
• Strong interest in banking products and professional lending.
• Good understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Data reporting.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of data modelling.
• Experience with business process analysis.
• Exposure to Agile project environments.
• Previous internship or academic project within banking or financial services.
