WLG in Brussels is seeking a hands-on role to manage the NATO agency's vehicle fleet, stock and supply paperwork, reporting to the Principal Assistant for Supply and Transport.

You will conduct roadworthiness inspections, support lifecycle management, prepare material movement documentation, maintain office consumables, and assist with annual inventories for the Brussels staff. This on-site assignment runs roughly from September to December 2026 with a required security clearance.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience.
• Valid driving licence with clean record for vehicles up to eight passengers and small trailers.
• International driving experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Secondary education completed.
• Working knowledge of motor pool operations and inventory.

Responsabilités

• Looking after the vehicle fleet: roadworthiness inspections, damage investigation and repair recommendations.
• Supporting lifecycle management of the vehicles, including research and recommendations on replacements.
• Preparing the documentation for movement of material.
• Keeping a working stock of consumable office supplies for the Brussels staff.
• Assisting with the annual inventories, both expendable and non-expendable.
• Day to day administration of the advance account, budget inputs and a recommended spending plan.
• Reserving rental and agency vehicles, and verifying travel invoices in the finance system.
