Hunter International, Inc. is seeking a Transport and Vehicle Assets Coordinator in Brussels, Belgium.

The role focuses on managing NCIA vehicle assets, coordinating inspections and maintenance, and ensuring all insurance papers and other documentation are up to date. You will advise the Principal Assistant (Supply & Transport) on vehicle decommissioning, maintain transport statistics (mileage, fuel, maintenance and costs), and produce monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record for vehicles up to 8 passengers and vehicles with small trailers.
• Working knowledge of motor pool operations.
• Experience in supply/inventory operations.
• Training in First Aid at work.

Responsabilités

• Managing NCIA vehicle assets, ensuring that inspections and maintenance are carried out and that all insurance papers and other documentation are up to date.
• Advising the Principal Assistant (Supply & Transport) when a vehicle is required to be taken out of regular service.
• Maintaining transport statistics for Agency vehicles, including mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance issues, and costs, and producing monthly reports.
