Hunter International, Inc. in Brussels seeks a CSU Brussels_Logistics Support Expert #1 to manage logistics and asset control for CIS assets, including receipt, storage, distribution, movement and disposal, in accordance with NATO policies.

The role requires vocational training in logistics with 2 years post-related experience or 4 years with a secondary education, and experience with asset-management tools and BI platforms is desirable for an international setting.

Qualifications

• Must have higher vocational training in logistics/supply chain with 2 years post-related experience, or secondary qualification with 4 years post-related experience.
• Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven understanding of Asset Acquisition procedures.

Responsabilités

• Providing logistics and asset management services covering receipt, storage, distribution, movement, inventory, accountability, and disposal of CIS assets.
• Maintaining accurate asset records and supporting warehouse operations; coordinating with technical and logistics personnel; ensuring timely delivery per policies.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years of post-related experience ;
• Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management ;
• Proven understanding of Asset Acquisition procedures.

Desirable :

• Practical experience in the use of NATO resource management tools ;
• Knowledge and proven experience in the use of Oracle Business Intelligence for Logistics or Microsoft Power BI ;
• Prior experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.

Duties/role:

• Providing logistics and asset management services covering the receipt, storage, distribution, movement, inventory, accountability, and disposal of CIS assets ;
• Maintaining accurate asset records, supporting warehouse operations, coordinating with technical and logistics personnel, and ensuring the timely delivery of logistics services in accordance with organizational policies and applicable procedures ;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CIS asset accountability records.
