UNDP Brussels Representation Office is looking for an intern to assist in strengthening partnerships with the EU, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will help manage the EU-funded pipeline, coordinate verifications and support mission logistics in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include preparing briefing materials, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely documentation while learning about UNDP’s programme delivery and governance. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in standard software applications (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.

Responsabilités

• Pipeline follow‑up and tracking of EU-funded partnership opportunities.
• Prepare background notes and briefing packs for verifications and audits.
• Support mission logistics and scheduling for Brussels-based activities.
• Maintain trackers and coordinate with country offices and CMU.
• Provide documentation support for project verification and coordination with CMU.
