Itproposal is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 2-month hybrid engagement in Brussels to drive a digital transformation project focused on a central case management system.

The role requires coordinating business and ICT teams, external partners, and governance bodies, with strong focus on planning, risks, and reporting. Fluency in Dutch or French and English working knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT/ICT project management experience required.
• Experience handling complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong planning, monitoring, risk and change management knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PMO practices.
• Excellent stakeholder and team coordination abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage one or more ICT projects including planning, resources, budget, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, ICT and external suppliers.
• Manage risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare clear reporting for SteerCo, management and governance bodies.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain alignment across teams.
• Align individual projects with the overall programme roadmap.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges proactively.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple projects.
