Itproposal is seeking an Expert Business Project Manager to drive a healthcare digital transformation project, including digital prescriptions and telemonitoring integration within the Hub/Metahub ecosystem. The role requires coordinating across hospitals, providers, and government partners in a hybrid Brussels setting.

The candidate should have proven PM experience in complex transformations, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Project Manager in complex transformation projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business transformation and government-funded projects.
• Knowledge of telemonitoring applications, healthcare data flows, and the hospital landscape.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate the implementation strategy for digital prescriptions and telemonitoring integration.
• Monitor the transition period and maintain relationships with hospitals, telemonitoring providers, Hub organizations, and sector stakeholders.
• Track project planning, milestones, dependencies, and progress across different workstreams.
• Manage stakeholders across government, healthcare organizations, hospitals, and industry partners.
• Develop and execute a clear communication plan for all key stakeholders.
• Support business transformation and ensure smooth implementation of project initiatives.
