Job summary

Asenium Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the rollout of the European Digital ID Wallet within a banking digital channels environment. You will drive the full project lifecycle, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery across IT, business, and vendors from initiation to closure.

You have 15+ years in project management and business analysis, a Master’s degree, and proven success coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives using Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, vendor, and technical teams.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through delivery and closure.
• Gather and document business requirements with customer experience, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution design teams to align the solution with business requirements and digital strategy.
• Coordinate development, testing, and integration with existing digital channels and systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocations, and schedules.
• Coordinate IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, defining appropriate mitigation actions.
• Manage budgets and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines and quality standards.
