Job summary

OPTIMUS IT SERVICES is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the rollout of the European Digital Identity Wallet within a digital banking channels environment.

The role requires 15+ years in PM/BA, experience with complex multi-stakeholder projects, and fluency in French and Dutch. A Master’s degree and a PM certification are a plus, with a focus on delivering digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in PM and BA.
• Experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Background in digital banking, daily banking, or digital channels is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree with relevant professional experience; PM certification is a plus.
• Fluent French and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on solution design and integration with existing digital channels.
• Coordinate IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
• Oversee development and testing activities to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Ensure alignment with digital strategy and deliver a seamless customer experience.
