Sennheiser is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Brussels office, covering BeNeFra region and supporting dealers, integrators and end users. You will respond to inquiries, process orders and provide accurate, timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluent French, Dutch and English, willingness to work fulltime in Brussels, and experience with MS Office and CRM systems to learn company tools quickly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical sales environment.
• Excellent communication in French, Dutch and English.
• Willing to work fulltime from our office in Brussels.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM system and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong customer service attitude, diplomacy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Desire to gain expertise beyond current assignments.
• Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Promote a proactive and positive work atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Order entry with discounts after approvals.
• Provide pricing info and backorder estimates.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, AR, Marketing, Service, Warehouse and Technical Support.
• Attend product trainings.
