Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio or project management in complex multi-stakeholder environments (≥5 years).
• ≥5 years in a large corporate environment (≥1,000 employees) in asset-intensive sector (e.g. rail, energy, logistics).
• Experience with PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities with excellent communication.
• Structured thinker delivering clear, cohesive outputs.
• Results-oriented with a creative approach to achieving goals.
• Organized and methodical, adaptable to change.
• Attentive to performance and people balance.
• Reliable and proactive in seeking help when needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain the strategic portfolio governance and relevant meetings.
• Capture, structure, and consolidate portfolio data and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated database for portfolio operations.
• Ensure portfolio reflects strategic ambitions and allocated resources.
• Track progress of strategic actions and interdependencies.
• Monitor strategy execution and challenge performance via the portfolio.
• Manage priorities, interdependencies, risks and opportunities across directorates.
• Provide support for analyses and business cases to management.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and alignment across the Directorate.
