UCETIA Consulting seeks a Senior Client & Stakeholder Manager to support leadership on a major Belgian infrastructure project. You will manage strategic dialogue with the public-sector client and help define an effective stakeholder engagement strategy in a Flemish context.

The role is senior, client-facing and suited to an expert with deep knowledge of Belgian infrastructure practices and procurement processes. Brussels-based with ~50% workload.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, construction or engineering projects in Belgium.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior clients, public-sector organisations and complex institutional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support project leadership in strategic exchanges with the public-sector client.
• Prepare and participate in client dialogue sessions, workshops and senior-level meetings, ensuring outcomes are captured.
• Analyse client expectations, priorities and decision-making processes; advise on engagement strategies.
