ARIAD GROUP is seeking a strategic Portfolio Manager to oversee governance across a broad programme of transformations in Belgium. You will shape how priorities are set, resources allocated and delivery performance measured, collaborating with senior stakeholders to maximise value.

You will drive visibility, enable informed decisions and guide delivery teams through complex initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on organisational objectives and capacity constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience as Portfolio Manager or PMO Lead in complex organisations.
• Strong governance, prioritisation, planning and resource management.
• Experience with portfolio reporting and planning tools.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve portfolio management practices.
• Create visibility across initiatives and priorities.
• Support capacity planning to allocate resources.
• Facilitate prioritisation discussions for informed decisions.
• Monitor portfolio health and provide insights.
• Identify delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Align initiatives with business goals and capacity.
• Produce portfolio reports for leadership.
• Suggest improvements for efficiency and accountability.
• Contribute to evolving portfolio management practices.
