ACE Belgium, part of an international engineering group, seeks a Head of Finance to lead financial operations across Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal. You will define financial processes, drive reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and governance, while hands-on embedding ERP practices and delivering timely financial visibility to the Board.

The role requires at least 10 years in finance, multi-entity leadership, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance and broad financial responsibility.
• Experience working across multiple legal entities; international exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to operational finance.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; ability to partner with multi-country teams.

• Act as strategic financial partner across the group’s entities.
• Optimize working capital, cash discipline, and profitability visibility by entity.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance teams in four countries.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and risk management.
• Embed ERP processes and deliver timely financial visibility to the Board.
