Yara International ASA in Brussels is seeking a Policy Officer EU Affairs to strengthen advocacy on climate and energy policy at EU level. You will report to the Director, EU Policy, and coordinate with the Public Affairs EU team to advance policy priorities across the EU institutions.

The role requires at least 3 years of EU public policy experience, excellent English, and strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant EU public policy, public affairs, advocacy experience
• Excellent command of EU institutions and political environment
• Master's degree in a related discipline (IR, PoliSci, European studies, energy policy)

Aufgaben

• Policy & advocacy: develop and implement EU policy priorities and advocate across EU level
• Stakeholder engagement: manage relationships with key EU stakeholders and alliances
• Internal collaboration & knowledge sharing: contribute to knowledge sharing and weekly monitoring of European affairs
• Team support & operations: assist in events, reporting and internal presentations
