Vetpharm Global is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations for one Brazilian branch and drive growth across Brazil. You will align local activities with the Belgian organisation's strategic goals while coordinating production, quality, logistics and administration.

The role requires a master’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of international management experience, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in an international environment.
• Experience setting up or expanding an organization is a strong asset.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
• An inspiring leader who brings people together and takes responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Dutch knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations and further development of one Brazilian branch.
• Optimi­se processes and coordinate production, quality, logistics and administration.
• Lead the local team and monitor budgets, KPIs and results.
• Act as the link between the Brazilian branches and the Belgian organisation.
• Foster collaboration and implement group-wide strategies and procedures.
• Oversee strategic projects and support growth and investment initiatives.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for Brazil.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, partners and government bodies.
