Vetpharm Global is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations for one Brazilian branch and drive growth across Brazil. You will align local activities with the Belgian organisation's strategic goals while coordinating production, quality, logistics and administration.

The role requires a master’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of international management experience, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Dutch is a plus.

What does the role involve?

As Regional Manager Brazil, you will act as the link between our Belgian organisation and our branches in Brazil. You will manage the day-to-day operations of one branch, support its further development and foster collaboration between the various companies.

Profiel

• You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
• You have at least five years’ management experience in an international environment.
• Experience in setting up or further developing an organisation is a significant asset.
• You combine strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach and strategic insight.
• You are an inspiring leader who knows how to bring people together and take responsibility
• You work independently and take the initiative
• You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
