Get 360Pharma is seeking a driven Manager Clinical Operations to lead a team in Belgium (Beerse) and The Netherlands. You will manage phase Ib-IIIb trials, with a focus on timelines, budget, quality, and compliance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in Life Sciences and at least five years of relevant experience in Clinical Research. Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO or investigational site.
• Experience in mentoring/coaching others and line management desirable.
• Strong understanding of GCP, local laws, and regulations.
