Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life, engaging customers and representing our brand authentically.

The role focuses on delivering a welcoming atmosphere and assisting customers in finding what they need while maintaining a well-presented store environment. You will help with customer service, product replenishment, checkout operations, and omni-channel tasks to create a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is optional.
• Ability to create welcoming and inclusive customer experiences.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment balancing engagement and tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and consistent attendance.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Support product replenishment and maintain clean, organized, and visually consistent sales area.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and friendly at the checkout.
• Support Save the Sale orders and fulfill in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.
