• Previous professional experience in Business Management, ideally within a sales or support role in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of daily banking (payments, accounts & regulatory processes) and/or digital customer journeys in a digitally transforming environment is an asset.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritize tasks.

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and business priorities.
