Job summary

Fastenal Europe seeks a Full-Time General Manager for the Mechelen branch, located at Antwerpsesteenweg 275. You will lead local sales, drive a culture of excellence in B2B selling, and set strategies to exceed goals while developing career paths for your team.

You will manage a high-performing sales force, develop and execute a sales plan, communicate progress to leadership, and mentor staff to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Full valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
• At least one year of Fastenal or related sales experience
• Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent industry knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and able to motivate others
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and urgency
• Problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
