Qualifications

• A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
• A valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.

• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Assist and drive sales in industrial distribution to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Develop strong relationships and network with existing and prospective customers.
• Plan visits to customers to provide high level of customer service.
• Assist sales staff with leads, proposals, presentations, and trade shows.
• Provide customer service via phone and email, respond to inquiries and requests.
• Process orders and quotes, verify pricing and availability, follow up on orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, replenish stock.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups, load/unload, ensure timely delivery.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims; process credits and invoices.
• Perform general administrative tasks and ensure compliance with policies.
