Chanel in Brussels offers a 6-month internship starting March 2027 to support the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and implementing action plans with Boutique stakeholders. You will analyze Retail indicators, track product performance, and assist stock and sales teams with reservations and transfers.

You will also contribute to the employee experience and uphold the boutique image, collaborating with local and international clients.

Competenze

• Ease with figures to analyse Retail indicators and product performance.
• Organisational rigour to coordinate boutique openings and follow-up reservations/claims.
• A sense of service and ease of speech to support teams and lead briefings.
• Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and English.

Mansioni

• Monitor day-to-day performance and analyse Retail indicators (traffic, average basket, targets).
• Analyse product performance (sell-through, coverage, best-sellers, merchandising highlights).
• Support stock and sales teams in reservations, transfers and pending sales.
