Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Advisor intern for its Brussels Boutique. You will support sales teams, guide clients, and help maintain floor organisation to ensure a smooth client experience.

You will assist with gift wrapping, services, and floor coordination, including attendance, replenishment and briefings. Fluent French and English are required to communicate with local and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients and manage the queue during peak times.
• Support sales, gift wrapping and Boutique services.
• Help organise the floor: attendance, replenishment, tidying, breaks and client appointments.
• Uphold the Boutique Charter and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare team briefings and support floor operations day-to-day.
