Chanel in Brussels offers a 6-month internship starting March 2027 to support the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and implementing action plans with Boutique stakeholders. You will analyze Retail indicators, track product performance, and assist stock and sales teams with reservations and transfers.

You will also contribute to the employee experience and uphold the boutique image, collaborating with local and international clients.

About the job

This 6-month internship, starting in March 2027, takes place in one of our Boutiques in Brussels. You will assist the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and working on action plans in collaboration with all Boutique stakeholders.

What impact you can create at Chanel

Monitor day-to-day performance: analysis of Retail indicators (traffic, average basket, achievement of monthly targets overall and by product line…). Analyse product and collection performance (sell-through, month coverage, slow and best-sellers, merchandising highlights…). Support the stock and sales teams in streamlining client reservations, transfers and pending sales. Take care of the employee experience and safeguard the boutique's image, working with various stakeholders.

You are energised by Moving daily from figures analysis to hands‑on action in the Boutique. Working closely with all Boutique stakeholders, from sales to stock teams. Supporting and taking care of the teams as much as the Boutique’s image. Joining a close‑knit team, in contact with a local and international clientele.
