CHANEL in Brussels offers a 6-month internship starting March 2027 to support the Operations Manager by monitoring performance indicators and driving action plans across the boutique. You will analyse retail indicators, product performance, assist with stock and reservations processes, and contribute to delivering an excellent client and team experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with sales, stock teams, and leadership to implement improvements daily and prepare briefings

Formación

• Ease with figures to analyse Retail and product indicators.
• Strong organizational rigour to coordinate boutique openings and follow up reservations and claims.
• A sense of service and ease of speech to support the teams and lead briefings.
• Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and English.

• Move daily from figures analysis to hands-on action in the Boutique.
• Work closely with all Boutique stakeholders, from sales to stock teams.
• Supporting and taking care of the teams as much as the Boutique’s image.

About the job

This 6-month internship, starting in March 2027, takes place in one of our Boutiques in Brussels. You will assist the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and working on action plans in collaboration with all Boutique stakeholders.

What impact you can create at Chanel

• Monitor day-to-day performance: analysis of Retail indicators (traffic, average basket, achievement of monthly targets overall and by product line…).
• Analyse product and collection performance (sell-through, month coverage, slow and best-sellers, merchandising highlights…).
• Support the stock and sales teams in streamlining client reservations, transfers and pending sales.
• Take care of the employee experience and safeguard the boutique’s image, working with various stakeholders.
