Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an intern to support stock management across a boutique in Belgium. You will work closely with the Stock Manager, sales teams, and VM to ensure smooth stock flow from receptions to inventories.

The role starts in March 2027 and offers exposure to stockroom and sales-floor collaboration, with involvement in key moments like collections and client events. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong rigour in tracking receptions, transfers and inventories.
• Ability to prioritise and react quickly between stockroom and sales floor needs.
• Sense of service and teamwork, collaborating with sales teams, managers and support functions.
• Good level of French and English to communicate with teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stock availability: receptions, transfers, stockroom organisation.
• Streamline outgoing flows: external shipments and pressing circuit.
• Support sales teams on the floor: bring products to the floor and return them to stock.
• Assist with weekly inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Assist with stockroom and restocking for boutique events and wrap activities.
