Job summary

Fosbury & Sons Boitsfort in Brussels seeks a Location Manager to own the site’s performance, lead the local team and shape the annual strategy. You’ll drive revenue, control costs and ensure exceptional member experiences in a high-design coworking environment.

Fluency in French and Dutch with strong English, plus five years’ relevant leadership experience in hospitality or coworking, are essential. You’ll report to +OPCO/ management and work from an architectural gem near the Sonian Forest.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in a commercial, management or business role.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Fluent in French and Dutch with strong English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Boitsfort location as a business and lead the team.
• Translate ambitions into annual strategy and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, pricing, margins and costs.
• Oversee invoicing and outstanding payments with Front Desk & Admin.
• Develop workspace and commercial opportunities and maximize occupancy.
