Job summary

Castingpar is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up. You will prepare quotations, handle order follow-up, and maintain customer records in the CRM, ensuring accurate lead times and packaging details.

You will interact with internal departments and customers, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor activity. English (C1) and French (C2) are required, with a full-time on-site schedule in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience in a sales/administrative role.
• English at C1 level and French at C2 level are required.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support.
• Prepare quotations and manage order follow-up.
• Monitor customer logistics portals and update records.
• Enter orders and verify delivery lead times and packaging specs.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support business activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely follow-up and communication.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email and respond with product and order status information.
