Job summary

AT-PAC, part of umdasch Industrial Solutions, seeks a Sales Representative Benelux to build our business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships and drive revenue while representing AT-PAC at customer meetings and site visits.

Travel across the Benelux region will be frequent as you establish a market, nurture long-term accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and value to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development or account management in scaffolding, construction, or related tech.
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems is highly desirable.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial with strong relationships and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop AT-PAC's presence across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the Benelux.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Represent AT-PAC in customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
