Clinisys is seeking a Benelux Sales Administrator in Ghent to provide administrative support across quotation, order processing, licensing and contract handover. You will coordinate inputs from Sales, Services, Finance, Legal and Product teams, while maintaining accurate customer and project records in ERP/CRM systems.

Formación

• Relevant education in business administration, office management or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in sales administration, order processing or B2B support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative journey from inquiry through quotation, order processing and renewal.
• Maintain customer, project and licence records in ERP/CRM systems with accuracy.
• Prepare quotations using approved estimates, price lists and contract terms.
• Manage follow-up, approvals, and document control across multiple teams.
• Provide training support, translations and routine correspondence as needed.
• Use Microsoft 365 and AI tools for drafting, summarisation and reporting, ensuring responsible use.
