Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Benelux Sales Administrator in Ghent, Belgium, to provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Benelux Sales team. You will manage the administrative journey from enquiry to licensing and renewal, maintain customer and project data in ERP, and coordinate with Sales, Services, Finance, Legal and Product teams.

You will use approved AI-enabled tools to improve document quality and data accuracy while ensuring compliance with responsible AI requirements.
