Job summary

Peripass is seeking an ambitious Implementation Consultant for the Benelux region. You will own the full implementation journey from kickoff to go-live and hypercare, translating business needs into working Peripass solutions.

You’ll run workshops, configure the platform, support testing, and collaborate with customers, internal teams, and hardware partners to deliver tangible results across complex logistics environments. Travel within Benelux is expected, with an option to work from Ghent.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation or consulting experience required.
• Technical educational background in IT/engineering or similar.
• Experience in client-facing project work and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• You manage the entire functional and technical implementation of customer projects, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Translate customer goals into a Peripass setup and identify improvements.
• Combine project management with hands-on execution: workshops, platform configuration, testing, action follow-ups.
• Manage integrations, APIs, and hardware testing where relevant.
• Oversee multiple projects and stakeholders, keeping priorities and momentum.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and stakeholder management.
• Travel across Benelux for visits, analysis, training, go-lives and hypercare.
