HR One is seeking a Medical Manager Benelux for a strategic, hands-on role to shape the regional medical strategy and to build relationships with leading ophthalmology experts across BeNeLux. You will serve as the key scientific partner for internal teams and external stakeholders, provide medical input for product positioning, education initiatives and advisory boards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
• Several years of experience in Medical Affairs or similar role.
• Experience working with key opinion leaders in ophthalmology.
• BeNeLux experience; fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the medical strategy for the Benelux region in line with global objectives.
• Provide scientific expertise to support the ophthalmology portfolio and future product launches.
• Engage with ophthalmologists and key opinion leaders across the Benelux; coordinate collaborations and webinars.
