Barry Callebaut Group in Antwerpen, Malle is looking for a General Sales Support professional. In this combined role, you will work closely with the Commercial and Finance Directors, supporting various administrative and financial tasks including invoicing and export documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, be fluent in Dutch and have strong English skills. This position requires good knowledge of accounting and logistics systems, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equal by experience.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong English skills; additional languages are an asset.
• Good knowledge of accounting and logistics/export systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing and export documentation preparation.
• Managing customer and supplier contracts.
• Verifying incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Maintaining price lists and monitoring stock.
• Accounts receivable support and credit management.
