Job summary

IRCA Group seeks an HR Manager to lead HR policies, payroll oversight, and talent management across Dutch and Belgian locations. You will partner with Plant Managers and site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group standards.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll administration, and HR data integrity, supporting a safe, inclusive, high-performing workplace. Travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business, psychology, economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in similar HR roles
• Dutch/Flemish and English proficiency
• Experience with payroll processes and payroll systems (ADP)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Business partnering mindset; ability to travel across sites

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Group standards and local requirements
• Lead salary review and performance management processes per Group guidelines
• Manage recruitment and selection across multiple sites and external agencies
• Oversee payroll processes and HR data accuracy with external providers
• Coordinate HR reporting with Finance and Operations
• Support Health, Safety and Environment initiatives and development programs
