Job summary

Longchamp, a world-renowned fashion Maison, is recruiting an E-Commerce & Omnichannel Manager to lead the performance of Longchamp.com in the Benelux region from our Brussels office. You will own the online and in-store customer experience, collaborating with HQ and EMEA teams to implement a seamless, brand-consistent journey.

Based in Brussels, you will drive traffic, optimize UX, manage the e-commerce P&L, and spearhead omnichannel enhancements across Click & Collect, Find in Store, and other

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar e-commerce & omnichannel role
• Strong command of traffic analysis and analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of UX and customer journey
• Fluent English and Dutch (French a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own the local performance of Longchamp.com from acquisition to conversion
• Collaborate with HQ and EMEA teams to improve online customer experience
• Work with marketing to strengthen traffic and quality
• Deliver data-driven strategies for best-in-class UX and e-merchandising
• Oversee content calendar, site updates, and omnichannel features
• Monitor omnichannel KPIs and support customer service
• Manage e-retail and brand presence with partners
