Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Benelux is seeking a Business Excellence Manager to lead operations and Sales Planning across the Benelux, partnering with Country Affiliate Management to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

You will translate market trends into actionable models, manage BI processes, and collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver performance improvements and standardized processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategic Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience within MedTech, Pharma or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including statistical forecasting and translating data into insights.
• Strong business acumen with experience in critical commercial processes (sales reviews, pricing analysis).
• Experience with key Business Intelligence principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent systems skills with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French; PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning processes across the Benelux.
• Drive business intelligence, data gathering, forecasting, monitoring and reviews.
• Translate commercial developments into actionable models and plans considering sales performance and market trends.
• Identify opportunities and risks, developing commercial models for IBP cycles.
• Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to review performance and translate insights into action.
• Lead the creation and evaluation of business cases for initiatives, including ROI and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including product launches and new business models.
• Collaborate across Benelux, EMEAP and other regions to share best practices and standardize processes.
