Abbott Diabetes Care Benelux is seeking a Business Excellence Manager to lead operations and Sales Planning across the Benelux region. You will partner with Country Affiliate Management to leverage data-driven insights that strengthen commercial performance and drive continuous improvement.

You will drive BI processes, forecasting, performance reviews, and model commercial developments into actionable plans, while collaborating across regions to standardize processes and implement new business

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Strategic Supply Chain or similar).
5-7 years of progressive experience in MedTech, Pharma or similar.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into insights.
Experience with key commercial processes: sales reviews, pricing analysis, supply chain.

Responsabilités

Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning across the Benelux.
Drive business intelligence, data gathering, forecasting and performance reviews.
Translate commercial developments into actionable models and plans.
Identify opportunities and develop commercial models for IBP cycles.
Partner with Sales Managers to review performance and translate insights into actions.
Create and evaluate business cases for commercial initiatives (ROI, tracking).
Drive continuous improvement and new business models, launches, and excellence programs.
Collaborate across Benelux, EMEAP and other regions to share best practices.
