Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive aftermarket sales across BENELUX from Leuven, Belgium, working with Terrassa and Leuven teams to tailor solutions for customers. The role requires building distributor partnerships and expanding key accounts while visiting customers across the region.

You will travel about 50% of the time and collaborate with marketing and engineering to deliver customized filtration solutions, supporting growth in OEMs, resellers, and large end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales within B2B industrial environments.
• Self-motivated, quick thinker and hunter with time and task management.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop aftermarket sales in BENELUX with focus on distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, including overnight travels within the region.
