Job summary

Donaldson Europe BV in Leuven is seeking a part-time HR Admin to support the HR team for 50% of full-time hours. You will help manage leave, payroll data, and employee records for roughly 400 employees at our EMEA headquarters.

The role requires HRM/Organizational Psychology education, Dutch and English fluency, and strong Excel skills. Office-based position with opportunities to contribute to HR process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Graduated in HRM, Organizational Psychology or a related subject.
• Able to commute to Haasrode office.
• Excellent attention to detail and service mindset.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage leave and absence administration including sickness, parental leave and other leaves.
• Provide accurate employee data for payroll and time administration.
• Handle HR administration for new hires, changes and departures.
• Administer bike leasing, transport subscriptions and remote working.
• Maintain confidential employee records in Workday and files.
• Support recruitment, training and other HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage leave and absence administration, including sickness, parental leave, educational leave, and special leave.
• Provide accurate employee data for payroll and time administration.
• Handle HR administration for new hires, employee changes, and departures.
• Administer bike leasing, transport subscriptions, remote working, overtime, and business travel.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in Workday and personnel files.
• Support recruitment, training, and other HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Min. Qualifications

• You graduated in HRM, Organizational Psychology or a related subject.
• Can commute to our office in Haasrode.
• Excellent attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken, French is beneficial but not a requirement
• A collaborative, hands‑on, and flexible working style.
