Lyreco Benelux is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Benelux to lead accounting across five entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg from Antwerp (Berchem) and to drive professionalization and transformation of the Finance organization.

You will manage a team in Berchem and Vottem, strengthen internal controls, harmonize processes, and partner with Directors and Groups to ensure accurate reporting, statutory compliance and continuous improvement; travel between Berchem and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with people management.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting in international/matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of local GAAP; IFRS is a plus.
• Knowledge of VAT, corporate income tax and statutory reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely accounting and financial reporting for Benelux entities.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and year-end closings per group timelines.
• Prepare statutory financial statements with external auditors.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team across Berchem and Vottem.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process standardization and automation.
• Represent Accounting in cross-functional and transformation projects.
