Lyreco is seeking an Accounting Manager Benelux to lead the accounting activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from Antwerp (Berchem) and to drive transformation of the Finance organization.

You will manage the accounting team across Berchem and Vottem, ensure timely financial reporting, strong internal controls and seamless audits while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in leading accounting teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS; fluency in Dutch and English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year-end close for Benelux entities.
• Ensure statutory financial statements and VAT/corporate tax compliance.
• Drive standardization, optimization and automation across Finance.
• Lead internal controls and coordinate audits with external parties.
• Collaborate with Directors and cross-functional teams across Group.
