Lyreco Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Benelux to lead accounting across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from its Antwerp (Berchem) office and to drive professionalization and transformation of the Finance organization. You will ensure timely financial reporting, statutory compliance and robust internal controls across 5 legal entities.

You will lead and develop the Accounting team at Berchem and Vottem, foster ownership, quality and continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant Accounting/Finance experience with people management.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS; VAT and corporate income tax familiarity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year-end closings for Benelux entities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop Accounting teams across Berchem and Vottem.
• Strengthen internal controls, drive process standardization and automation.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Treasury, Group Finance and external auditors.
