Lyreco Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Benelux to lead accounting across five entities in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from Antwerp (Berchem). You will drive financial reporting, statutory compliance, and a strong internal control framework while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience managing a team across locations.
• Experience in multi-entity international/matrix orgs.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP; IFRS is an asset.
• Knowledge of VAT, corporate income tax and statutory reporting.
• Experience with process optimization and transformation.
• Familiar with SAP or similar ERP; ability to learn quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting activities across Benelux entities including monthly, quarterly and year-end closes.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements with external auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls and harmonize processes across locations.
• Drive automation and digitalization of Finance processes.
• Partner with Directors and cross-functional teams on transformation projects.
• Ensure effective cross-entity collaboration and alignment with Group Finance.
