Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an Accounting Manager Benelux to lead accounting activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from Antwerp (Berchem). You will manage five entities and drive professionalization, internal controls and automation within the Finance function.

You will lead and develop the Accounting team across Berchem and Vottem, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance while collaborating with Group Finance and other functions in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance, including people management.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting in an international or matrix organization.
• Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS is an asset.
• Familiar with VAT regulations and corporate income tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting activities for Benelux across 5 entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure statutory reporting, VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Develop and coach the Accounting team across Berchem and Vottem.
• Drive standardization, optimization and automation in Finance.
• Represent Accounting in cross-functional projects and audits.
