Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Belux. You will own the full sales cycle for local SMEs across Belgium and Luxembourg, from prospecting to closing, with autonomy to shape your territory and pipeline.

You will join a supportive field team and benefit from a premium mobility package, including a company car, fuel card, smartphone and laptop, plus flexible schedule with remote working days.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales with SME customers.
• Strong prospecting, new-business development and closing skills.
• Ability to engage decision-makers and build relationships from the first conversation.

Responsabilités

• Source and open doors with SME decision-makers in Belux.
• Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Convert high-intent leads into contracts.
• Understand customer needs and propose mobility solutions.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations through to signature.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for revenue.
• Maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with local stations, Pricing and Account Management.
