Job summary

ManpowerGroup Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking a Head of Financial Controlling BeLux to lead financial reporting, governance, compliance and accounting across Belgium and Luxembourg. This senior role reports to the Director Financial Controlling Europe and manages two Financial Controllers in a matrix European finance setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Audit or Controllership.
• Proven leadership experience in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounting, audits and internal controls.
• Experience working in a multinational matrix organization.
• Big 4 experience is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial controlling and accounting activities for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a strong internal control and SOX environment.
• Partner with regional finance, tax, treasury and shared service teams.
• Drive process improvements, standardization and finance transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers.
